Shoot Info - Special Requirements Etc
Welcome all to the 2018 MOA Weekender.
We will regularly update this thread with more info as it becomes available.
To start with a few simple FAQ's

Q; When is it?
A; Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th May 2018
Q; How Much will it Cost?
A; The prices for the weekend will be as follows:-
Attending just one day
Club Members:- £20
Non-Club Members:- £22.50
Attending BOTH days
Club Members:- £30
Non-Club members:- £32.50
Q; Whats it about / How will it work?
A; The weekender will be split over 2 days with both days being treated as a normal FULL shoot. We will be starting and finishing at the normal time on both days. We will have a scenario which WILL be linked to both days so it may be advisable to attend both days.
Q; What Facilities are on site?
Toilets
Access to battery charging facilities
Hot & Cold Water
Cooking station
Tuck Shop
Canteen
First Aid
Q; What food arrangements have been made?
A; This is still to be decided.
Q; What time can i arrive, When will we finish Etc?
A; You are free to arrive anytime after 3pm on Friday 25th May. If arriving later, in the evening please make us aware beforehand and as always try to be use a little light / noise discipline. Both saturday and sunday will be run with normal shoot start and finish times. A full itinery for the weekend will be released in due course.
Q; Is There a theme to this shoot?
A; Im glad you asked! Yes, there will be a theme. The theme for this weekender will be.....yes, you have most certainly guessed it.....
But remember, others wont know man.....THEY WERE'NT THERE MAN!
IT IS OF COURSE.......VIETNAM!
Q; Do I need to wear Vietnam era kit...
A; Ultimately we will not dictate what kit you wear, other than certain safety kit etc. We want you to be comfortable. That said the more you put into it the more you get out of it.. . Not to mention you will look cooler on the pics if you look like something off black ops.
Q; Where do i find more info on the theme etc....?
A; More info regarding the situation / teams / days events will be posted up as soon as they are available
Q; Will there be Explosions?
A; Erm...... in a word YES - LOTS OF THEM!!
Q; Can i come for half a day...
A; Not really no... An awful lot of planning goes into making these shoots great.... it becomes exceptionally difficult if people are coming and going throughout the day.
