Ladies, Gents and Luke,

Looks Like this is going to be an epic shoot with large numbers and some unbelievable good gaming as always.

Due to those numbers I would ask that you take a few moments to consider the following;

Car parking & Logistics.

There is likely to be a lot of cars on site so please pay attention to where your being asked to park, this is for your benefit and so that you don't have to come and move it later on. One of the chaps familiar with the site will be yellow vesting and giving direction.

As most of you know the lanny will be up and down ferrying as many people as possible, however if your feeling fit, we would appreciate you walking allowing us to take as much kit of yours down in one trip as possible. There is plenty of room in the Safezone and hot brews will be served when you arrive. well if Cath pulls her finger out

We would also kindly ask that you get there as handy as possible to allow us to process any waiver's / paperwork as necessary.
