Hello All,

As some of you know we are having a build day to prepare for the weekender.

Therefore we shall be spending;

Saturday 13th August carrying/lifting/building breaking etc..
Sunday 14th August Shooting

All are welcome to join in on either day, with the benefits listed as follows;

Optional Camp out on Saturday night (BBQ will be getting fired up)
All those who attend the build day on Saturday the green fee will ONLY BE £10.00 for the Sunday shoot. (this applies to both club members and non members)

I will be on site from 9/10am on Saturday, feel free to turn up whenever convenient if your coming....

To re-iterate, the overnight camping is optional... as the field has not been cut yet, we will be pitching in the area by the CP as we have done before, so if you are staying please be prepared for that kind of ground...

Just a quick note to all.

The sunday shoot from the Build Day

WILL BE GOING AHEAD. irrespective of numbers.

Once we have collected those booked in on the forum from the car park, We will not be waiting up there for others.

Therefore if you turn up give us a call and well come get you.

If you cant get us on comms then tough roses get walking!!! Brews will be waiting.
